Yes. The price covers crew, equipment, remote direction, editing, colour grading, sound design, music licence, subtitles and delivery in all formats. No extra invoices. Travel costs are always €0 because we use local crews.
For two or more videos we offer volume pricing. Get in touch for a custom quote. We have clients producing multiple videos per quarter across multiple countries — for them we build a fixed production cycle.
Cineproof works with a network of certified camera operators and gaffer assistants across Europe. Each crew is selected, briefed and live-directed on shoot day by our dedicated director via video call. The crew follows our specific cinematic standard.
Absolutely. You can follow the shoot live via a secure stream. You can also give feedback through our director who communicates directly with the crew. Physical presence is not needed — that is precisely the advantage of our model.
The package includes two revision rounds — where you give concrete feedback that we incorporate. If after the second revision there are still structural concerns, we look at that together. Our goal is always a final result you can launch with pride.
We use a 50/50 structure: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% after approval of the final video. You only pay the second part once you are satisfied with the result.
We have crew partners in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria and Switzerland. Not seeing your country? Get in touch — we expand our network regularly.
